Netanyahu tells Blair he'll head c'tee on developing PA economy

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu met Quartet Middle East envoy Tony Blair on Wednesday night and told him that he would head a ministerial committee for the development of the Palestinians' economy and an improvement to their quality of life. Netanyahu said that Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman, Defense Minister Ehud Barak, Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz and Regional Cooperation and Negev and Galilee Development Minister Silvan Shalom would also be on the committee. Netanyahu told Blair that the fact that he himself was heading the committee demonstrated the importance he attached to the issue.
