Olmert: Security fence on J'lem outskirts must be finished by end '09

Prime Minister Ehud Olmert on Tuesday said "the [security barrier] surrounding Jerusalem must be completed by the end of 2009."
During a tour of the outskirts of Jerusalem with senior IDF and defense officials, he said the issue was crucial to Israel's security.
