Palestinians: Man critically wounded by IDF fire in Ni'lin arrest op

A Palestinian was critically wounded Monday when he was shot by IDF troops during an arrest operation in the village of Ni'lin, near Ramallah, Palestinians reported.
The IDF said it was looking into the incident.
