'Peres says he will meet Syrian president without preconditions'

President Shimon Peres said he will agree to meet Syrian President Bashar Assad or any other Syrian who wants peace at any time and without preconditions, Israel Radio reported on Sunday evening.
The president reportedly said that both sides must make concession for the sake of peace.
