Police hunting suspects in truck driver stabbing

December 4, 2006 10:04

Police and IDF troops on Monday located the truck that was stolen from an Israeli truck driver earlier in the day after at least three armed Palestinians attacked him near the Samaria village of Kfar Bideyeh. Technicians and police sappers were checking the vehicle, which was found near Kalkilya, as police continued to search for the suspects. The driver was lightly-to-moderately wounded after the attackers stabbed him in the stomach. He was treated on the scene by Magen David Adom and then taken to the hospital.
