Prison guards foil cell phone smuggling attempt

Prison guards foiled a cellular phone smuggling attempt at the Shikma Prison on Wednesday. A prisoner tried to sneak the device into the prison in his five-year-old brother's pants. The boy said that he was told to ask if he could hug his incarcerated brother, and at that point pass the phone to the man. As a result, prison guards were instructed to no longer allow prisoners to hug family members.
