Prosecution reaches plea bargain with another Hirchson case defendant

The State Prosecution informed the Tel Aviv District Court on Tuesday that it had reached a plea bargain with Amatzia Boner, one of the defendants in the embezzlement case against former finance minister Avraham Hirchson. According to the plea bargain, Boner, an accountant at National Federation of Workers (NFW) subsidiary Nili, admitted to and was convicted of theft and money laundering amounting to some three million shekels, as well as fraud and forgery. The State Prosecution said it would request that Boner serve a four-year prison sentence.
