The State Prosecution on Thursday rejected a request by New York businessman Morris Talansky, the key witness in the illicit funding case against Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, to delay the continuation of his testimony until a decision is made on whether to indict the premier.
In a letter to Talansky's lawyers, the prosecution asked their client to notify it within two weeks of his next move.
