A member of a Kassam rocket-launching cell was killed in an IAF strike Friday, while riding a motor cycle, Palestinian Authority security officials said. The operative was identified as a member of the violent Islamic Jihad group, which has fired scores of rockets at Israeli border towns. The IDF had no immediate comment.
