Rishon Lezion man gets two-and-a-half years in prison for indecent acts

The Tel Aviv District Court sentenced a 42-year-old Rishon Lezion resident to two-and-a-half years in prison for performing indecent acts on a woman he knew.
Oded Papel sought a relationship with the woman, but she refused, since Papel was married. He then came to her house and molested her.
The original charge sheet accused Papel of rape, but since the woman's emotional state prevented her from testifying, the charge was changed to indecent acts.
