Sderot residents petition High Court for government funding

About thirty Sderot residents filed a petition to the High Court of Justice on Monday which claimed that the government had failed to keep its commitment to fortify residential buildings against Kassam rockets.
The residents alleged that the government failed to implement the Basic Law: Human Dignity and Freedom, and did not treat all citizens equally since some Kibbutzim, according to the petitioners, did receive government funding for fortification.
