A second man was arrested on Thursday in connection to the robbery of a handicapped person in a wheelchair in Petah Tikva overnight Wednesday. The suspect, who had arrived at the police precinct in the city to visit his brother, was arrested at the time. His brother had been detained and interrogated shortly after the theft. Overnight, the two were suspected to have robbed the victim of his wallet. One of the thieves was chased down by the man's aide and other bystanders in the area. The other suspect successfully fled the scene.
