Security situation leads to day of prayer

Chief Sephardic Rabbi Shlomo Amar announced that in correspondence with the Chief Rabbinate's governing council, Tuesday would officially be a day of prayer in light of the security situation in the north. Collective prayer was to take place at the Kotel.
