Six men arrested after allegedly snatching and selling IDF rifles

Six Arabs were arrested in a joint Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency)-Israel Police operation on suspicion of snatching rifles from IDF soldiers and later selling them to arms dealers, security officials announced Thursday. Five Palestinians from the West Bank and an Israeli citizen from Taibe were allegedly involved in two incidents in which rifles were snatched from soldiers in Tel Aviv. They were arrested in August and indictments have been served against two of the detainees.
