State given 90 days to explain why 6 outposts still standing

The High Court of Justice on Monday issued a show-cause order, giving the state 90 days to explain why it was not implementing the evacuation orders it had given to six illegal outposts in the West Bank. The outposts are Mizpeh Lachish, Tsomet Ha-Ti Givat Assaf, Ramat Gilad-Givat Hadegel, Ma'aleh Rehavam, Mizpeh Yitzhar - at 693 meters altitude - and Givat HaRoeh-Ali 762. It marks the second petition by Peace Now on the matter after the High Court accepted the defense minister's promise in the first one to dismantle the outposts.
