Suspect admits to murdering lawyer Pliner, but pleads insanity

The young man suspected of murdering lawyer Anat Pliner admitted Monday morning to committing the crime, but pleaded insanity. The family of Pliner, a Ramat Hasharon real-estate lawyer and mother of two who was murdered in April 2006, rejected the claims by the defense attorneys, saying that the suspect had already been evaluated and was found fit to stand trial.
