The Tel Aviv museum will be named after Sami and Aviva Ofer, according to an agreement with Sami Ofer approved by the Tel Aviv city council on Sunday. According to the agreement, Ofer would donate $20 million toward building a new wing to the museum, which according to Israel Radio, would account for a little less than half of the cost of the new section.
