Three consecutive accidents leave one dead, three injured

A man in his twenties was killed and a woman critically injured in a car accident at the Ein Hamifratz Junction near Acre early Thursday morning. According to an initial police investigation into the incident, the car swerved from its lane and crashed into the road barrier before turning over. The driver of another car stopped at the scene of the accident to help the victims, reports said. Soon afterwards, a policeman arrived at the scene and approached the second driver. A third car slammed into the policeman and the other driver, moderately injuring them both.
