Underworld figure Arye Alperon and two other associates of the Alperon family will be served an indictment on Friday for the attack on Motti Hassin, a close associate of the rival Abergil family, in a brawl earlier this month, Army Radio reported Thursday. Alperon turned himself in to Tel Aviv police on Wednesday night after being on their wanted list for the past month. He was expected to be brought for a remand extension at the Tel Aviv Magistrates' Court. The two rival families have been warring for some time due to a power struggle over bottle recycling.
