A 60-year-old woman was stabbed in the head by her husband in Beit Shemesh Sunday, police said. The woman, who was moderately wounded in the late-morning attack, was rushed to Hadassah University Hospital at Ein Kerem. Her husband, 60, who is also suspected of beating his wife with a bottle, fled the scene but was arrested shortly thereafter by police. He refused to cooperate with police investigators.
