Youth who stabbed man over NIS 100 gets 20 years

A 17-year-old was sentenced to 20 years in jail for stabbing Tzahi Yaakov in the chest last February. Yaakov died of his wound several days later. The youth stabbed Yaakov at a mall in Bat Yam after Yaakov told him that he had dropped a NIS 100 bill. The sentence was reached as part of a plea bargain.
