"Anyone who breaches the cease-fire agreement with Israel will be arrested and his weapon will be confiscated, even if he is a member of Hamas or Islamic Jihad," Hamas leader Mahmoud Zahar said in an interview published Saturday by Saudi paper Al-Watan. According to Zahar, any such breach was harmful to the Palestinian people's interests and national consensus and was "damaging to the resistance."
