An Iran with nuclear weapons

Retiring Secretary of Defense Robert Gates leaves a dubious legacy behind him: Persuading the United States to change its policy from an absolute unwillingness to accept a nuclear armed Iran, to a policy of “containing” an inevitable nuclear armed Iran.
