Living on a prayer

MK Daniel Ben-Simon (Labor) has been a Knesset member since 2009. Before that, he was a renowned reporter for Davar and Haaretz, and was awarded the Sokolow Prize for outstanding journalism in 2004. Ben-Simon was born in Meknes, Morocco, and made aliya as a teenager in 1969.
