Baghdad: Twin bombs kill three, wound 21

A pair of bombs ripped through central Baghdad just after dawn Sunday, killing three people and wounding 21, police said. The bombs, designed to kill the maximum number of people, were planted next to each other and were detonated in succession in Baghdad's Tahariyat Square, police First-Lt. Thaeir Mahmoud said. Many were injured as they rushed to the scene of the fist explosion.
