US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was meeting with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Sunday. Abbas is expected to brief Rice on his revived talks with Hamas on setting up coalition government acceptable to the West, said the aide, Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat. Rice met with Israeli officials on Saturday evening.
