French FM arrives in Iraq 'to express solidarity'

French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner arrived in Baghdad on Sunday for a visit, at the invitation of Iraq's president, his ministry said. Kouchner "is going to Iraq to express a message of solidarity from France to the Iraqi people and to listen to representatives from all communities" in Iraq, the foreign ministry said in a statement.
