A parked car bomb struck a meat market in a predominantly Shi'ite town south of Baghdad, killing 15 people and wounding dozens on Thursday, Iraqi police said.
The explosion occurred at 10:30 a.m. in Aziziyah, 90 kilometers south of Baghdad. Police said 15 people were killed and 50 were wounded.
