Lebanese parliament debates Cabinet's goals

Lebanese lawmakers have begun debating a policy statement laying out goals of the new national unity Cabinet - including a provision allowing the militant group Hizbullah to keep its weapons. Friday's session marks the first time parliament has convened for a debate since the country's politics became mired in power struggles more than two years ago.
