A senior official in the Libyan oil company Oasis said Wednesday that Libya expected the United States to announce that it was removing Libya from its list of nations that support terrorism.
According to the official, after the announcement, the US will remove economic sanctions currently imposed on Libya and will, among other things, purchase Libyan oil, Israel Radio reported.
