Zakariye Zubeydi, head of Jenin's branch of the Al Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades - a terrorist group linked to the ruling Fatah party - voted Saturday as a police officer, even though he still heads the armed group.
Palestinian security forces began voting Saturday for parliamentary candidates so they will be free to protect polling stations on Wednesday, the official election day.
