3 arrested for anti-Arab arson attack in Safed

Two minors, one adult suspected of burning vehicles and spraying "death to Arabs" and "revenge" on Safed Academic College's walls.

Police in Safed have arrested two minors and an adult on suspicion of carrying out arson attacks on vehicles belonging to Arab students of the Safed Academic College last week and spray painting anti-Arab graffiti spray painted on the walls of the college.
The remand of the suspects has been extended several times over the past week.

No further details can be reported on the investigation at this time due to a media ban.
The spray painted messages read "death to Arabs," "Kahana was right," and "revenge."
The incident came shortly after five members of the Fogel family were stabbed to death in the West Bank settlement of Itamar.
The College has condemned the incidents as well as any attack on
property owned by Arab students.
Safed has been scene to increased tensions in recent months.
