What you will need:
Saucepan
1kg pre-made dough
Olive oil
Gas stove

STEP 1: Make 1kg of dough
Take 3 tbsp of yeast, 1 tbsp of sugar. 1tsp of salt, 13ml of olive oil and enough warm water for your mixture.
Throw it in the oven for 40 minutes and watch it rise. Be sure to line the saucepan with a bit of oil then shake out the dough.
STEP 2: It's lafa-making time!
Throw a bit of flower onto your counter, cut dough into four to six balls and then press the balls down, rotate and then slowly and and cup raise your hands over the dough and you will have lovely-formed balls.
STEP 3:
Take a ball, roll the dough and turn it 45 degrees every one or two rolls. Be sure to add flower to the counter to keep it from sticking. It will be lovely and thin.
STEP 4: Pop your lafa on the heat
Take a  frying pan and turn it upside down - make sure it is steaming hot and lightly place lafa over the back of the pan. Watch it bubble on top. After a minute, turn it over.
