Top-seeded Burgers Bar will square off against No. 2 Nadlan City in the Women's American Football in Israel spring tournament championship game, to be held on Thursday night, June 8, at Kraft Family Stadium in Jerusalem. While Burgers Bar was awarded a forfeit victory over Cafe Rimon in the semifinals, Nadlan City had its hands full in defeating Misha'an Plumbers 13-7 last week. As both Burgers Bar and Nadlan City have players who compete on the national women's flag football team, the final should be a highly competitive match, featuring some of the best female athletes in all of the Middle East. Also last week, in the fifth-place game, it was Edita Jewelry 13, Captain's Crew 0. Jaguars, Tover'z Boyz neck and neck inhigh school league In week seven of the Yosef Goodman AFI High School League, the Levine Family Chasmo Jaguars defeated Derech Hateva 31-8 and Tover'z Boyz topped The Jewish Press 26-2 as both teams improved to 5-1. Also last week, 8th LTD picked up its first win of the season, a 31-0 victory over the Terminators that lifted 8th LTD out of last place in the standings, due to the head-to-head result.
