Former Israeli soccer star Haim Revivo received a warning from the Lahav 433 anti-organized crime unit of underworld plans to attack him, Israeli media reported on Monday afternoon. According to the reports on Channel 10 and Israel Radio, among others, Revivo, who currently resides in Los Angeles, California, received the warning two weeks ago during his visit to Israel from the US. However, he decided not to cut short his visit, returning to the US on Thursday with his family. Revivo - who retired in 2004 after an illustrious career playing in the Israeli, Spanish and Turkish leagues, as well as for the Israeli national team - received a similar warning last year before emigrating to Los Angeles.
