Hapoel Jerusalem goes up north on Sunday night in search of its first win of the young BSL season. Jerusalem visits Hapoel Afula/Gilboa in Matchday two of the BSL after being outclassed 90-73 by Maccabi Tel Aviv in the first game of the season. Afula/Gilboa suffered a heavy loss in Matchday one against Ironi Nahariya and will be a huge underdog once again on Sunday night. Lee Nailon will play his second game in Israel on Sunday and will be looking to build on his impressive start for Bnei Hasharon. Nailon scored 31 points and grabbed 10 rebounds against Hapoel Galil Elyon and his side will be hoping for a similar contribution against the strong Maccabi Rishon Lezion. Also Sunday Maccabi Givat Shmuel goes for a second consecutive win when it hosts Hapoel Galil Elyon. Givat Shmuel defeted Ironi Ramat Gan in week one and faces a Galil side that will want to improve the poor impression it left in its loss against Bnei Hasharon. Nahariya will be hoping to continue its good start to the season when it hosts Ramat Gan. Nahariya won by 26 points last week and anything but a win against the weak Ramat Gan will be a big surprise. On Monday, Maccabi Tel Aviv visits Elitzur Ashkelon. On TV: Hapoel Afula/Gilboa vs Hapoel Jerusalem (live at 7:15 p.m. on Sport5)
