Hoch edges Taylor in Ga’ash golf Monthly Medal

The month of May finds the course in a excellent condition which gave the nearly 60 players a chance to post good scoring.

It was down to the final two pairings in the May Monthly Medal played at the Ga’ash Golf Club where Gideon Hoch’s score of 73 edged that of Steve Taylor by one shot.

The month of May finds the Ga’ash golf course in a excellent condition which gave the nearly 60 players a chance to post good scoring.

Hoch had a two over par front nine of 37 which included a birdie, 6 pars, a bogey and a double bogey. He completed the back nine on a one over 36, scoring two birdies, four pars and three bogeys.

The net prize in the A division went to Steve Taylor on net 66 followed by David Pachima on net 69.

Moshe Nessis had an excellent net 64 in the B division followed by Eliezer Argov on 72.

The C division was taken by David Assia on net 71 followed by Jacob Sabo on 74.

Nearest-to-the-pin prizes sponsored by the Greenfield restaurant at the Ga’ash Golf Club are won by Steve Taylor and Gadi Bleicher. Ga’ash is now getting ready for the HSBC sponsored tournament to be held at the beginning on June.
