Game Zone recorded its first win of the season in convincing fashion on Sunday, defeating Spanish Armada 6-2 in week 3 of the Moshiko soccer league. Game Zone, in desperate need for a win, started stronger, and an overall superb display saw the side claim threee points with goals from Neti Cohen and Jack Streiner. Solly Ashkenazi inspired a Spanish revolution but it was not enough as they sit at the foot of the league. Meanwhile, Smoke Shop earned a valuable point in an entertaining 2-2 draw with Phishpo. Nosson Meyer looked to have given Smoke Shop the lead with a powerful drive only for Nuki Chisik to grab a last equalizer with a sensational volley. Cafe Rimon produced a perfect performance in its 6-0 victory over Chabadniks. The Chabadniks played with great spirits but were no match for Cafe Rimon with Yoram Touito scoring three, Yish Pearlman two and a delightful finish from Cheski Steinhart. Jeff's Boys continued its good form enjoying a 4-2 win over Club Med. Sammy Perel and Chaim Kornbluth claimed a brace each while Nissim Karasenti and Josh Zneimer scored for Club Med. Other results from the weekend; D.C 2, SA Seniors 2: U.K.I 10, Netiv 1: Carrol's Security 7, Ben Maimon 1: Giblets 7, My Office Jerusalem 2.
