Arik Ze'evi won his sixth career European Judo Championship medal on Sunday, finishing in third position in the under-100 kilogram competition in Lisbon.
The bronze medalist from the Athens Olympics, lost to Poland's Przemyslaw Matyaszek in the quarterfinals on Sunday, but won three fights in the repechage and claimed the bronze medal after defeating Christophe Humbert of France.
Ze'evi won the European gold medal in 2000, 2003 and 2004, a silver medal in 2005 and a bronze in 2007.
