"We are not psychologically prepared for a new war and we still have not recovered from the effects of the war and our homes are still totally devastated."Khaled said that the sounds of explosions from IAF raids had “seized his five children.”Following the rocket being fired into Israel, Hamas security forces surrounded militants from the al-Quds Brigade, the armed wing of Islamic Jihad, and arrested a number of them, according to a separate report in Palestinian media, quoting sources in Gaza.
