A mortar fired from Gaza hit an empty bus in Kfar Aza on Monday, Zaka reported.
Paramedics evacuated a 19-year-old man in serious condition from the bus's location.
Heavy barrages of rockets are continuing at this time. No other casualties have been reported yet.
