Roy, the new kosher chocolaterie in Tel Aviv, is a chocolate lover's heaven. Trained as a master confectioner in Belgium, Roy Gershon is devoted to the sweet treat, and that love is apparent at his shop which offers a truly tempting selection of fine chocolates and pralines.
Each of his creations involves innovative combinations of tastes made by taking classic recipes and crafting new imaginative flavors.
Among the delicious pralines are fillings using French vanilla, white chocolate mousse, pistachios, hazelnuts, ginger, and whiskey.
Besides eating it, Roy offers other interactive chocolate activities such as chocolate making and chocolate sculpting, for groups or individuals.
