The Gesher Theater is taking Momik on a two-week tour of Canada and the US in March, with stops planned for Cleveland, Chicago, Toronto, Boston and New York. Based on David Grossman's best-selling novel See: Under Love and directed by Yevgeny Arye, Momik tells the story of an Israeli child growing up in the 1950s into whose life comes a grandfather from "over there," that mysterious and terrible place his parents and their friends only speak of in whispers, or not at all.
Tender, whimsical, and moving, Momik premiered to rave reviews in July 2005.
