The Houses From Within project will allow the public to see some of Tel Aviv's architectural gems from the inside over the weekend of May 8-9. The event is being held in the framework of the city's centennial celebrations. Dozens of buildings across Tel Aviv - private apartments, lofts, urban villas, synagogues, churches and public structures - will open their doors (free of charge) to give visitors a glimpse of the city's various designs over the years. This is the third time Tel Aviv is hosting Houses From Within, but this time it will be on a larger scale than its previous incarnations. For information visit www.batim-il.org.
