Coke village opens for business

Teens camp out for a combination of music, comedy, sports, films, swimming and games.

The annual Coca Cola Village festival has begun selling tickets to the usually sold-out party. The Coca Cola Village operates in three-day bouts through July and August on the Achziv beach, where teens camp out for a combination of music, comedy, sports, films, swimming and games. This year, select attendees will get the chance to participate in and learn about TV production, stand-up comedy, DJ shows, music and photography. Celebrities such as Asaf Amdursky and Koby Maimon will lend their expertise, as will other yet-to-be-announced names. The vacation village is open to teens 15-18 years of age, in groups of three. Sign-up for auditions and tickets is done through the Web site: www.cocacola.co.il.
