This is the home of designer Einat Aviv, where she lives with her husband and three adult children. The apartment is located in Ganei Tikva, with 6 rooms, 142 square meters + 25 square meter balcony. It was purchased in anticipation of occupancy and therefore was built to a contractor's standard. The renovations took two months, during which the furniture was fully tailored to the new apartment, alongside significant carpentry work that allows for maximum storage.

In her words, "The original kitchen space was small for us, so it was decided to move it to the adult unit at the entrance to the apartment, which opens into a spacious kitchen overlooking the entire public area." The chosen color scheme for the kitchen, black matt combined with oak wood and a black Laminam countertop with light veins, gives the kitchen a chic and luxurious look: "I chose black Laminam with light veins. I did not want to incorporate any additional colors in the kitchen besides black and wood, and I immediately connected to its unique texture and the brightness of the veins".

The original kitchen space was converted into the designer's studio, where she works and meets her clients. A similar color scheme was chosen for it as the public area. The studio is transparent, allowing a view of the apartment's public area and a glimpse of the green landscape facing the office. The office is enclosed by a black Belgian iron wall with transparent glass.

The living room is open to the balcony, with a wonderful feature wall thanks to porcelain tiles in shades of concrete to break the black look in the space. A large and comfortable grey "R" sofa with round tables in the center of the space. On the back wall, spring artwork of gypsophila blends perfectly with the tones of the house and enriches the space. Like in every apartment, the designer did not give up on a large rug that adds wonderful texture and color.

The balcony is designed in shades of grey, and it includes a practical outdoor kitchen, also with a Laminam surface and seating areas. Dramatic and dark tones were chosen for the public space, while the bedrooms and furniture chosen for them are light and clean.

Aviv explains: "It was important for me to keep the number of rooms in the house for the benefit of the three adolescents and the master bedroom. Each room is designed for the maximum comfort of the children and according to their personal preferences".

A unique textured wallpaper was chosen for the master bedroom, providing a soft and pleasant look behind the bed. The bed is in dark fabric, with black iron bedside tables next to it. White cabinets blend into the walls of the room, creating a cohesive look. White curtains add softness and envelop the windows.
