Thirteen Palestinian organizations have decided to work together to more effectively attack Israel and undermine the newly launched peace negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians, a Hamas spokesperson said Thursday according to a Reuters report.The spokesman added that the new plan of attack may include suicide bombings.
