Attorney-General Yehuda Weinstein decided to open a criminal investigation into those responsible for illegal construction in the West Bank settlement of Shilo, he told the High Court of Justice Thursday.The decision was made in the wake of a petition filed to the court by Peace Now, demanding that the state open an investigation and demolish the illegally-built homes.
