Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas told a gathering in Ramallah on Friday that 'settlers' have no right 'to desecrate' the Temple Mount. 'This is our holy place,' the Palestinian leader said. 'Al-Aqsa is ours and the [Church of the Holy Sepulcher] is ours. They have no right to enter there and desecrate the place.' Abbas called on the Palestinian people to 'unite in defense of Jerusalem.'
