Abutbul brothers appeal sentences

Two members of the Abutbul crime family appealed their sentences Tuesday. Francois Abutbul, who was given a life sentence for killing Ra'anan Levi, claims that the evidence provided by the prosecution did not prove he was the man who stabbed him. Asi Abutbul, who was given 13 years in jail for heading a criminal organization, appealed his sentence claiming that there were no clear definitions as to when criminals working as a group are defined as a "criminal organization."
